The investigator, Rachel Wilson, would like to gather evidence from as many people as possible. She cannot contact you unless you've lodged a complaint with the Office of Fair Trading. If you have not already lodged a complaint with Fair Trading, please do so and then contact Rachel as soon as possible. If you have already lodged a complaint and she has not already contacted you, please contact her. This is for both customers of Scullery and Holz Interiors and Bespoke Installations.

Below is the information she will ask you to provide:

1. copies of any documentation you received from 'Scullery & Holz' or Stefan Mayer, including contracts, quotes, tax invoices, approval notices, receipts etc. Please include all documents regardless of the company name written on them (Bespoke Installations, Scullery & Holz Interiors, Scullery & Holz etc)
2. evidence of the payments you made, e.g. bank statements showing dates, amounts, and recipient's account details
3. copies of any emails you received from 'Scullery & Holz'
4. Details of the police report filed including a copy of your statement/version of events (if applicable)
5. A written statement (a single sentence by email is fine) that confirms you did not receive a certificate of home warranty insurance in relation to this contract
